Charlie Willcox is an independent consultant with Helm Advisors, a Zurich based advisory firm. He has more than 40 years of experience in financial services encompassing retail, corporate and private banking, wealth management and Family Offices, focussing primarily on the risk management and control functions. He also worked for the UK Financial Services Regulator for five years, leading a supervisory team responsible for monitoring Independent Financial Advisors, asset managers and corporate finance firms.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Charlie worked for fifteen years for the Stonehage Fleming Group, a large global multi-family office where he was the Compliance Officer for the Group’s Swiss businesses, prior to implementing the FATCA and CRS regimes and thereafter with the responsibility of ensuring compliance with these regimes across the global group, on an ongoing basis.
Charlie is an acknowledged expert in FATCA and CRS as well as other tax transparency initiatives, including Economic Substance Rules, Mandatory Disclosure Rules (both in relation to the EU DAC6 Directive and the OECD MDRs) and Beneficial Ownership Registers for companies and trusts. He advises financial services firms on the implementation of, and compliance with, these regimes and regularly consults with high net worth families and their Family Offices on their impacts, the risks that these bring and the mitigation strategies that may be deployed.
Edward (Ed) Rogers is the CEO of the OCSL Group (Offshore Consulting Services Limited Group). He delivers international wealth planning and alternative investment advisory services to clients in many jurisdictions. (An intro to the group is available upon request). Ed is also the CEO of the Professional Protector Group, which offers corporate protector services to trusts and private foundations. (An intro to this group is also available).
Ed was born in Nigeria but is now a British citizen. He commenced his financial services career when he moved to the Isle of Man in early 1988 to serve as Manager of a small corporate services company, which had been founded, in 1979, by his late father, Brian Rogers OBE. Ed has since lived in many other countries and has held senior-level and Managing Director roles with trust-business companies in 16 jurisdictions. Ed spent a much of his career as an expatriate tax nomad, so he willingly assists other ex-pats in achieving the tax efficiency he enjoys. Tax efficiency for crypto investors is a new and challenging preoccupation.
Ed holds an accountancy qualification, and he is also a Chartered Secretary, as well as a long-term STEP member.

Nawras is a finance professional with over 10 years of work experience in managing financial matters for international groups in various locations. Nawras holds a MSc in Accounting and Finance from Damascus University and has completed the U.S. CPA exam.
He supports the Board of UMA UK with financial management matters, strategic planning, and with the optimization of financial operations.
Narwas has also taught lectures on Accounting and Audit matters at Nottingham Trent University and taught finance modules at the University of Northampton.
Nawras has led finance teams, managed audits, and provided strategic advice on a global scale, demonstrating excellence in operational efficiency.

Alejandra, a Mexican national, moved to the UK in 2016 after completing her studies in Architecture at the Universidad Autónoma “Benito Juárez” of Oaxaca, Mexico.
Before joining UMA Wealth UK, she gained extensive experience in Logistics & Operations within the retail industry, where she developed strong skills in schedule management, task prioritization, organization, and executive reporting with precision and professionalism.
Alejandra joined UMA Wealth UK office as an Administrative Assistant, where she manages day-to-day administrative and office tasks and supports Business Consultants on client-related matters, such as maintaining company records and conducting ongoing file reviews.
Marie completed two years of preparatory classes for French prestigious business school (“grandes écoles de commerce”), followed by a master’s degree in Consulting and Auditing. During her studies, she developed a solid understanding of finance, accounting, and auditing principles, which she later applied in the professional world.
She gained valuable experience through internships and began her career at a fiduciary firm in Luxembourg, managing a diverse portfolio, primarily focused on Holding and PropCo entities. For three years, Marie was entrusted with the full responsibility for the accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance of these Luxembourg-based entities.
Marie is a native French speaker with a strong proficiency in English.
Giuseppe has gained his skills in financial markets analysis, risk management, and project management across various roles in first in Venezuela and then in Ireland, where he lived and worked for several years, before deciding to move to Switzerland. He has a B.A in Business Administrations and a Master in Finance of the EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Giuseppe joined the UMA Wealth team in Baar, Zug, Switzerland in 2024.
He is fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in Italian.
Antonio holds a law degree from the Universidad Loyola de Sevilla and an LLM in International Law, International Relations, and International Trade from ISDE University in Madrid, Spain. He also completed the Master in Legal Practice, adding to his legal expertise.
Antonio began his career in the legal department of a Madrid-based energy company, focusing on corporate law. After gaining valuable experience in this role for almost two years, he moved to Luxembourg in 2023, joining UMA Wealth in November of the same year.
Antonio is fluent in Spanish and English and speaks Portuguese. His background in international law and corporate legal work allows him to contribute effectively to UMA Wealth’s global operations and provide expert advice in corporate legal matters.
Bozhica Stefanoska Gjorgjevska is the Financial Controller of Uma Wealth (Switzerland) AG. Bozhica joined the Company in November 2022, and oversees the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
Bozhica started her professional career in the banking sector in Macedonia, working in various roles in the financial sector, where she gained more than 12 years’ experience in credit analysis, risk analysis, financial analysis, financial management, corporate finance, accounting, and internal controls.
Bozhica holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Auditing from the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, Macedonia, and a certification in Continuous Professional Development as a Certified Accountant from the Chamber of Certified Accountants.
Bozhica is fluent in Macedonian and English and speaks moderate German.
Agne is a corporate counsel with around 10 years’ experience in international law/ business, corporate legal governance, fiduciary, regulatory and trust services.
A graduate of the International Concordia University, Tallinn, Estonia, Agne holds a bachelor’s degree in international, European Union and Comparative Law. In addition, Agne has completed an LLM in International Law and Business at Stetson University, College of Law, Florida, United States.
Agne has started her legal career as a corporate counsel for a well-known fiduciary service provider supporting multi-jurisdictional companies with corporate governance, administration and management services. She has experience in overseeing and implementing corporate transactions and projects such as restructuring, mergers, acquisitions.
Agne has worked as a senior legal lawyer whereas she has serviced high net worth clients and engaged in providing corporate international legal, directorship services, and has implemented complex international corporate structures.
Agne is fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian and speaks moderate German.
Martin is an insurance specialist with over five years’ experience in Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI), structuring, compliance, and FATCA/CRS.
He is a graduate of Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Malta and holds a master’s in international relations (Eastern Europe). Alongside his university degrees, Martin has completed several courses, diplomas, and certificates in Finance, FATCA/CRS, and compliance-related. These studies have helped Martin build his career at Swiss Life and Swisspartners Insurance, where he developed new products and later served as the Head of Advisory and Solutions.
Martin is fluent in English, Swedish, and Polish and speaks Portuguese and German at a University level. Aside from these languages, Martin is currently studying Spanish and Russian.
Julian is an economics graduate; he completed his studies at Boston College while living in Switzerland. Julian was born in Colombia and lived in Bogota until he moved to Switzerland in 2006.
Julian worked in an international corporate and trust advisory firm where he gained his professional experience, especially in global marketing and new media. Today, he is responsible for marketing activities in the European market and supporting the client-related processes at the UMA Wealth Group. His organizational skills, high level of service, and deep understanding of international client marketing complete his profile.

Ingryd is a dual-qualified lawyer in Brazil and Portugal with over 12 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, financial contracts and capital markets. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), an LLM in Corporate Law from the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (INSPER), and an LLM in International Banking and Finance Law from the University College London (UCL).
She started her professional career as a lawyer specializing in corporate law and capital markets in a boutique law firm in São Paulo. She also joined two different Family Groups in the Infrastructure Segment in São Paulo, focusing on managing corporate structures and implementing corporate governance strategies.
In 2019, Ingryd moved to London to study and pursue an international career. She worked for Law firms in London and joined the UMA Wealth Management team in October 2023 as an Associate Business Consultant. She supports UHNW clients, providing a wide range of services, including legal support to implement and manage international corporate structures, corporate governance, trust services, wealth planning and luxury asset management. Ingryd is fluent in Portuguese and English. She speaks Spanish at an advanced level.
Marta is a qualified Spanish lawyer with over 12 years of experience in the legal, corporate management, and trust services sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Barcelona, an LLM in Private International Law from the University of Aberdeen (Scotland), and a Master’s degree in International Business and Trade Management from EAE Business School in Barcelona.
She started her professional career as a lawyer specializing in corporate law and contracts for a multinational company and a Barcelona based law firm. In 2013, she joined a successful international fiduciary group in the Barcelona and then London office where she focused primarily on implementing and managing international corporate structures, investment strategies and estate planning for high-net-worth clients. In 2017 Marta joined the Global Family Office Unit of this group. She gained valuable experience servicing and managing UHNW families, providing a wide range of services including legal support on wealth planning, family governance, corporate and trust structuring and luxury asset management.
Marta joined the UMA Wealth Management team in September 2019 as Senior Business Consultant. She provides exceptional support and dedication to clients, while taking a holistic approach in understanding complex needs in a continuously changing regulatory environment.

Claire holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management in France and she obtained the training certificate for chartered accountants at the University of Luxembourg in 2014.
Claire started her professional career in a fiduciary in Luxembourg, where she has worked for 10 years, focusing on the accounting of commercial companies. Over the last few years, she has acquired the necessary experience and knowledge to be able to manage different corporate accounting files.
Her efficiency in the organization of her work, her critical mind and her customer-oriented spirit complete her profile.

Gennaro is a lawyer with an LLM in International Law from the Luiss Guido Carli University Business School of Rome, Italy.
His background as a corporate lawyer, with a core focus on the private equity and real estate sectors, has allowed him the experience and knowledge to successfully deal with the day-to-day administration of multinational companies and regulated- and non-regulated entities.
Gennaro is Italian. He moved to Luxembourg in 2016, where he worked with King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin) and for a reputable Luxembourg fund administrator focusing on private equity, real estate, and debt structures.
Gennaro is fluent in Italian and English.
Ilona is an experienced Trust Manager, with 20+ years of working in the banking industry and private fiduciary sector advising ultra-high-net-worth families with financial, tax, and estate planning. Ilona holds a Bachelor´s degree in Economics from Latvian Technical University. She is certified by the Chartered Institute of the Bankers, UK as an offshore administrator and is a fully qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner.
Ilona started her career in the trust business in 2001 working in Guernsey for a well-known bank. She relocated to Switzerland, where she gained more technical knowledge in setting up and managing the life cycle of complex trusts, foundations & offshore companies for international clients.
Before joining UMA Wealth Group, Ilona was responsible for running a family office with a significant art collection.

Julie graduated from the University of Metz, France, with an HND in Marketing and Trade and has over 16 years of experience in the corporate industry in Luxembourg.
For the past years, Julie has handled the day-to-day management and administration of regulated and non-regulated entities for multinational companies and has good experience maintaining client relationships worldwide. Julie started her professional career in a French bank before moving to Luxembourg. In Luxembourg, she worked for a reputable fund administration company. She has worked for international service providers whose focus was on private equity, real estate, and debt structuring; 12 years was with one of the major players in the industry.
Julie is fluent in French and English.
Carlos is a Spanish national living in Switzerland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international commerce and marketing from the Complutense University in Madrid, Spain. Carlos has worked in luxury hospitality industry in Switzerland and Spain for the last 8 years.
In July 2022 Carlos joined UMA Swiss as an administrative assistant.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Elizabeth has 13+ years of global experience working with high-net-worth families, their structures and family offices. She has a passion for the industry and has gained a wide range of legal, financial and administrative expertise.
Qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner, she has a MSc Law in Private Wealth Advising from the London University of Law and a BSc in Management from the University of Manchester. Additionally, she completed studies in International Arbitration Practice, Trust Disputes and various regulatory regimes associated with fiduciary services.
Prior to joining UMA Swiss AG, Elizabeth worked for several renowned Swiss Law Firms and Private Family Offices.

Over the past 25-years Miguel, has been active as an entrepreneur, professor, and advisor for enterprise families and family offices. Miguel has also provided education to enterprise families, universities, global corporations, and global audiences on topics related to the economy and family offices and focused on impact, purpose, networking, strategy, and investments.
Miguel has a BA in business and economics from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), an MBA from Harvard Business School; he also has a diploma in military history and strategy from Chile´s War Academy (ACAGUE).
His professional career included working for Bain & Company, Private Equity (Apax), and Wealth Management and Investment Banking (UBS) in the US, Spain, the UK, and Latin America. He also managed the family office for one of Spain´s leading families in the real estate sector. Miguel is currently the international market leader at Family Office Exchange (FOX). FOX is the leading enterprise family and family office network in the world and is focused on helping families manage key success factors like governance, next-gen education, family office setup, investments, and impact.
Álvaro has 20+ years of experience advising private and corporate clients globally and implementing corporate and legal structures for several important families and multinational groups. He holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Concepción, Chile, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from IBMEC Business School in São Paulo, Brazil.
Álvaro started his professional career in international wealth structuring in Brazil in 2003. In 2006, he returned to Chile, where for the next ten years, he successfully set up and managed an international fiduciary group´s office. In 2016 he relocated to London with his family, where he established and headed the Global Family Office operations for the fiduciary group. His responsibilities focused on strengthening business relations with exclusive UHNWI clientele worldwide.
Branching out in early 2019, Álvaro joined UMA Wealth Group as one of the founding partners and thus starting a new journey with this specialized and unique boutique services group.

Elisa holds a degree in economics and financial markets from Bocconi University, Milan (Italy), and she has over 15 years of experience in the Luxembourg corporate and fund industry. She has managed complex multi-jurisdictional investment and transactional structures for HNWI and institutional investors during her career.
Elisa started her professional career in 2006, working for one of the Big-4 as a tax advisor for the US and UK markets. She took care of analyzing corporate finance strategies for multinational groups in Luxembourg.
In 2008 she joined the trust company of a leading Luxembourg banking group as a senior client relationship manager for the Southern Europe and LATAM department. During this period, she took care of the day-to-day management of Luxembourg vehicles, handling and ensuring that all legal entities were compliant with local regulations.
In 2015 she joined an international service provider’s corporate/fund services department as an account manager. She acquired additional experience working in corporate and fund services, assisting large corporations, alternative investment fund managers, and UHNWI in implementing and managing their Luxembourg regulated and non-regulated corporate structures.
In 2021 she joined UMA Luxembourg and is responsible for the client relationship management team.

Fabio has over 20 years of experience advising global private, corporate, and fund clients on designing and implementing complex multi-jurisdictional investment and transactional structures. He holds a law degree from the University of Rome (Italy), an MBA from the University of London, and he is a TEP.
Fabio started his professional career in Luxembourg in 2002, working for a leading Italian banking group in the banking sector. In 2006 Fabio joined the trust division of a Luxembourg banking group as head of the Southern Europe and LATAM department and, later, as the Commercial director.
In 2014 Fabio moved to an international service provider as Chairman and Managing Director of their Luxembourg office. Here he assisted the development of the corporate and fund administration business supporting Fortune 500 Mega corporations, alternative investment fund managers, and UHNWI in growing, adapting, and elevating their businesses.
End of 2021, Fabio joined UMA Wealth Group, starting a new journey with this specialized and unique boutique services group.
Fabio is a Member of ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry), is part of the Digital/Fintech Forum, and a CSSF authorized Director / Board Member for Regulated Investment Funds.
Fabio is a native Italian speaker and fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
Andreu was born and raised in Barcelona; he graduated from the University of Barcelona (UB, Barcelona) with a degree in business and financial sciences, specializing in accounting and taxation.
Andreu started his professional career working for a Spanish law firm specializing in international taxation and international commercial advice; he has over 11 years as an accountant and tax expert.
He moved to Luxembourg and was hired by a reputable Luxembourg fund and corporate administration company, where he focused on private equity, real estate, and debt structures. For three years, he was in charge of the accounting and tax compliance for the Luxembourg entities.
Andreu is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
Geralda has 19+ years of global experience working with high-net-worth families, assisting with succession planning, asset protection, and corporate structuring. She holds a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from Flagler College, Florida (USA), and a Master´s in International Management from Oxford Brookes University (United Kingdom). She has an L.L.M in International Taxation and Financial Services from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, California (USA), and she is also TEP qualified.
In 1999 Geralda started in the fiduciary industry in Curaçao, where for many years, she worked for a successful global fiduciary and trust provider. In 2008, she relocated to Zürich to enforce their local Swiss office by the creation of an International Trust team for the group and to expand their business development efforts in Europe. Prior to joining UMA Wealth Group as Managing Partner of UMA Swiss AG, she held multiple senior management positions. Geralda also worked for a multi-family office as Senior Wealth Planner in Switzerland.
Geralda has extensive experience and knowledge in working with global families and entrepreneurs from Latin America and other emerging markets, and she has an in-depth understanding of wealth management and fiduciary requirements for the region. Her background, combined with many years of industry and market experience, makes for the perfect combination to ensure clients the expert and quality support and service they deserve.

Ana Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and hotel administration from SENAC, Brazil. She started her professional career in Brazil working in several hotels across the Sao Paulo state before moving to Chile in 2006 where she gained entrepreneurial experience through developing her own business initiatives.
In 2016 Ana Maria and her family moved to London, joining the UMA Wealth Group in June 2019 as an Administrative Officer. Ana Maria is responsible for the internal administration of UMA Wealth’s London office.

Fabiola is a lawyer with an LLM in International Business Law from the Queen Mary university of London. She has worked in the corporate services industry since 2015. Her background as a corporate lawyer and working in a fiduciary company has given her the experience and knowledge to successfully manage and deal with day-to-day company management requirements and manage complex transactions and multi-level structure maintenance.
Fabiola is a Venezuelan national, and she moved to the UK in 2013 after completing her studies at Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas (Venezuela).
Fabiola has a thorough knowledge of UK company management and secretarial services. Her excellent communication skills make her the perfect partner when it comes to engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and team members.
